Further, Sears reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders or reservations containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order or reservation has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. Sears charges applicable sales federal and provincial tax for purchases made on this site. All prices listed on this site are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.

If customer wishes to use their Sears MasterCard or Sears Card to take advantage of financing payment options (i.e. Installment Billing or Deferred Payment) they must book through our branches. Financing options on the Sears MasterCard or Sears Card are not available for online bookings.

Also note that all reservations and prices listed on this site are subject to availability and confirmation and such confirmation will not be made until your reservation has been ticketed. Should the confirmed price differ from the price listed on this site, Sears will notify you by e-Mail within hours of the making the purchase. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by e-Mail with confirmation of your intention to make the purchase at the confirmed price.

Please note that all bookings are billed in full to your credit card at time of booking and the reservation is 100% non refundable.

All arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the transportation companies, hotels or other forms of accommodation, restaurants, places of entertainment, the tour operator and other such travel services, if any, and accordingly may be subject to charges and/or restrictions for any changes or cancellation.

All airline bookings (scheduled, webfares and charter flights) will have a $15.00 fee per person (plus applicable taxes) applied to them per person. Please note that any changes to an online booking will be subject to a $55.00 fee per person (plus applicable taxes), plus any applicable airline, tour operator or supplier charges or fees as per their terms and conditions.

Customers can redeem Sears Canada Gift Cards and Sears Rewards Cards for online travel bookings when using your Sears Mastercard or Sears Card. When a booking is made, the full booking cost will be applied to the customer's Sears Mastercard or Sears Card. However, customers can send their Gift Cards or Rewards Cards to be applied against online bookings.

All Sears Gift Cards and Sears Rewards Cards must be sent at the time of booking in order to be processed within 2 weeks of booking date. Any Gift Cards or Rewards Cards received after that date will not be processed and will not be accepted for the current booking.

It is recommended that any Gift Cards and Rewards Cards be sent by traceable mail (i.e. Express Post, Purolater, FedEx, etc.). Sears Travel assumes no responsibility for lost or misplaced Gift Cards or Rewards Cards.

The value of the Gift Cards or Rewards Cards will be applied against the cost of the booking and that amount will be refunded to the original form of payment (Sears MasterCard or Sears Card). Please include a note that has your full name, address, phone number, email and booking reference number.

Due to heightened security around the world, we highly recommend that you possess a valid Canadian passport when travelling outside of Canada. As each country varies in its entry requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate documentation (including visas) to enter the country you're visiting. When in doubt, contact the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit.

You are also responsible for ensuring that each traveller's information is accurate and all trip information is correct. The traveller's first and last name must be entered as it appears on their government issued photo identification. Incorrect names may result in denied boarding. Any changes due to incorrect names are at the discretion of the airline and/or the tour operator and may not be possible. Any changes after booking will result in an additional service fee.

Airline bookings via Intair and Holiday House do not permit Unaccompanied Minor bookings (passengers under the age of 18 years old). Any Unaccompanied Minors who do book are themselves or their Legal Guardians subject to any cancellation penalties and/or change fees as may be incurred by the tour operators or otherwise.

Although most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. We urge passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issue by the Canadian government prior to booking travel to international destinations.
