If you find a lower price somewhere else, Sears Travel will match it. Just make sure that the lower price meets these four conditions.
When you ask for a Price Match, Sears Travel will verify that the competitor is an authorized travel distributor located in Canada, that the price is in Canadian dollars, that the advertisement is correct, that the product is identical (same destination, departure/return city and date, category, accommodation, amenities), and that the product is available at the time of booking. Most important, the competitor's offer must be in effect at the time of you make booking and request the Price Match.
Price Match Guarantee applies to the Canadian booking price of the vacation or cruise bookings, for new bookings only, with participating suppliers and does not apply to group bookings, add-on related services and additional charges including service fees, taxes and surcharges, insurance, additional excursions, amenities, special credit or financing terms, rewards or coupon offers and may not be combined with any other offers.
Sears Travel can amend or discontinue the Price Match program at any time without notice.
You must make your Price Match request when you make your booking. If you make your booking at a Sears Travel in-store location, please bring in the local competitor's current print advertisement showing the lower price for the identical vacation package. If you found the lower price on a Canadian website of a comparable competitor, please bring in a printout of the current available website advertisement. If you book online here at SearsTravel.ca, please e-mail customer.care@sears.ca. Please send the URL of the web page which shows the lower price or be prepared to fax a printout of the current website advertisement or print advertisement to the telephone Consultant.
If your request qualifies, you will be offered the lower price.
